At Rodriguez Cattle Services (RCS), we are committed to providing exceptional care and handling for your cattle, with safety and well-being as our top priority. While issues are rare, working with livestock inherently involves some risks that are, at times, beyond human control.

 

Acknowledgment of Risk:

By utilizing RCS services, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with cattle care, handling, transport, and show preparation. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Illness, injury, or death of livestock due to natural causes or unforeseen circumstances.

• Accidents during transportation, handling, or while at our facilities or show grounds.

• Loss or damage to fragile bovine products such as semen and embryos.

 

Limitation of Liability:

RCS is not liable for any illness, injury, accident, or death of any animal while in our care, during transit, or at any event. The customer assumes full responsibility for their cattle and waives any claims against RCS arising from natural causes or other uncontrollable events.

 

Insurance Recommendation:

We strongly encourage all customers to obtain and maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect the value of their livestock and any potential losses. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the risks involved.

 

Protecting Ourselves and Our Customers:

Although serious incidents are rare, we must protect our family business from unforeseen situations. This policy allows us to continue providing quality services while being transparent about the risks that come with livestock management.
